For me, it's usually 90 minutes. Like, it really depends on what you are after. 30 minutes just doesn't allow for more than very basic and often rushed service given how a third of that time is probably a shower and formalities. Ideally I always book an hour with possibility of a 30 minute extension window when seeing someone new.

If you are someone overstaying your welcome or someone who needs time and the right mood to get it working then the time pressure will frustrate everyone.
