Id say the abuse was unreal, he didn’t deserve that , there was talk that his severance package was £8M , he wouldn’t need to work again

Steve Bruce "I think it might be my last job. It has been very, very tough. To never really be wanted, to feel that people wanted me to fail and saying I would fail, that I was useless, a fat waste of space, a tactically inept cabbage head."
£8million will soften the blow I'm sure but no need for the abuse.

Paulo Fonseca appears to be favourite for permanent job at Newcastle, will be a gamble as he has no PL experience, but I suppose everyone is a gamble to a point

Paulo Fonseca is the bookies` favourite to be appointed as the next Magpies manager.

Roma, Porto and Shakhtar Donetsk among others. He was almost appointed Spurs manager this summer before the club broke off talks.

Arsenal v Aston Villa tonight ,
A big test for Arsenal again after struggling against Palace, could go either way , but I will go for Villa to win 2-1

Chelsea v Norwich is first up today
No Lukaku or Werner for Chelsea, I think they could put B team out and win comfortably, I go for 4-0
Farke has done tremendously well , but his inability to implement a plan B or change tactics is extremely poor , I think the Norwich board have to do something soon , they are probably unbackable to be relegated, even at this stage of the season

Bad beating for Norwich, wasn’t expecting it to be that bad

Southampton equalise Burnley, had missed a couple of great chances
