Arteta I think is another Solskjaer...they really want him to do well, but I've never been sure. A soft touch I thought...no grit and you need grit.

I think all any manager or team can ask for at this stage of the season is to have their fate in their own hands. Arsenal still have that. I always maintain that games arn't won on paper but whose fixtures would you sooner have left, spurs or arsenals. Are spurs favourites for 4th now?

Spurs look super confident, I would cautiously fancy Spurs
Arteta interview was pointless, I don’t know how he can blame referee, I think Newcastle will hurt Arsenal, especially with lack of defenders

True, I just thought he had two bites at Son each could have been a yellow before he did actually get a yellow. Ref might have been letting things go as it was a derby etc but that really only lets players think they can get away with more. Holding looked on edge from the off, maybe worried about Son and thought best to imposed his physical advantage on him from the off which did not work. If no options from the bench maybe double up on Son would have been better, but then again, there probably is a reason I am not managing in the premiership too
