Biscuit was an childhood, family, nickname. When I was very young, I survived/escaped/rescued from two separate house fires (without any harm done). Neither of them in my house either.
Anyway, my ever sympathetic da started calling me biscuit after that... Because biscuit means "twice cooked".
Not sure where Fred came from, but I've used it on and off for years.
