Liverpool agree a fee of 60m with saints for lavia. So will he sign for them or could chelsea strike again and steal him?

Lavia wants to join Chelsea also ,
I would have thought he might have felt there would be more game time at Liverpool, after Caicedo went to Chelsea.
I will feel aggrieved if both our targets end up at Chelsea.

Harry Maguires move to west ham is off now. How much game time is he going to get at utd?

Barring injuries a lot less than if he went elsewhere. A strange one as he needs to play to keep his England place. As much as I did not want him to move to West Ham I think he would suited Moyes style which is broadly similar to how Leicester played. My worry was when (if) West Ham ditch Moyes you would have the same problem a player suited to limited counter attacking football not able to play a front foot game

Looks like lavia is on the verge of signing for chelsea for 58m. Thats a bit of a kick in the teeth for liverpool but if neither himself or caicedo wanted to play for liverpool then what more could pool have done?

Liverpool appear to be going to sign Wataru Endo from Stuttgart for 16M ,
Never heard of him , a defensive midfielder from Japan .

Maguire was going to take a drop in wages to join West Ham so he wanted United to pay him a lump sum for the money still owed on the remainder of his contract. Maguire and United couldn't agree how much that should be and I believe that's why the deal fell through.
