Dream/nightmare

So lads and ladies what do you make of this dream/nightmare. Last night I had a dream where I died in my sleep. In the dream someone tired to wake me up and although I could see and hear everything I couldn't move or speak. An ambulance brought me to hospital where I was pronounced dead on arrival, I could still hear and see everything that was happening. I was brought to morgue for an autopsy. There was a older nurse took an interest in dead me and before I knew it she was naked grinding on my cock( no it didn't get hard). Then before I knew it I was in a doctors hands crying before being wrapped in a blanket and handed to a women who's face I recognised. It was the older nurse. Then dream/nightmare ended then as I woke up and I couldn't get back to sleep. Proper freaked me out.
