Justice is administered in public. Anyone can sit in and view the cases taking place. Journalists regularly report on the cases. Anyone can legally talk about a case once there are no orders in place. An employer can ask you if you have convictions but you can lie or refuse to answer. It really only matters if you require Garda vetting, when working with vulnerable members of society or with sensitive information, but you still have to agree to it. Obviously lying to your employer about convictions can result in being sacked, refusing to answer questions during an interview will result in not being hired and if you cannot be vetted then you cannot work.

first offence is 500 and name in paper depending.........
you can avoid all this by visiting the Independent Escorts who work alone.
Don't put yourself in that position where you could be in trouble

What makes you so sure that visiting an independent escort can protect you from being caught? Plus most escorts are living with another girl to save money on rent etc. How are you supposed to know which escort is working on their own and which is living with another girl?

But if you were brought to court and the Judge struck out the case because it was a first offence I wouldn't be obliged to mention this in an interview? Considering I avoided a formal conviction?

    Correct.

Interviewer: "Were you ever in trouble with the guards or been convicted?"
    You: "No, never".

Also if I was caught by the guards in Galway, subsequently had to appear in a District Court in Galway but the case struck out and my name was in the local paper there, the likelihood of an employer finding out about my court appearance in a district court in the west of Ireland would be quite low especially if I was applying for a job in Dublin City?

Google your name and the location normally and then "your name" and "location". This is what employers can do if they want. Whatever you see they can see. They will also use Facebook and Twitter to see if you have any presence there. Never underestimate old fashioned word of mouth, Ireland is a small country. Just have a story prepared for the possibility of discovery: wrong place, wrong time etc.

because for one Guards will not be monitoring these places as waste of time, they are not interested

Brothels and girls use them to save on money but they are also the traffickers bread and butter and are constantly being reported and monitored.
It is up to you to do you homework before you visit and make sure, if unsure then do not go, ignorance will be no excuse.
Plenty of escorts on here who will only work alone SO you can still visit and still be safe

To answer your second question, I have no idea how we are supposed to know if an escort is working alone, unless there is some trick I am unaware of (I am still a relevative newbie).

As for your first question, I suppose you are marginally safer since there will be less footfall if there's only one escort. But you still have an attractive woman who has male visitors day and night, some of whom probably aren't the most respectable or discreet men in the world. It won't take the neighbours long to notice.

Reality is it's never safe even if the escort is independent. A neighbor can easily see men coming and going throughout the day, and sounds will make it obvious.
