And STILL the vaccines are highly effective against ALL known variants of the virus.

And we all know one dose is not enough. That's why all except j&j are supposed to be given in two doses.

Your tweet focuses on single dose and headline effectiveness which is just a smokescreen. Serious illness, hospitalizations and deaths are prevented by the vaccines, and these numbers are falling falling falling.
