The loops overwrite the previous recording. That's why there are loops to begin with. Limited storage capacity. So once that data is overwritten its gone.

I read it very slowly....... One word at a time. Doesn't change anything. If you have someone watching CCTV in a small town and they see Mr X coming into an apt block, 20 miles from where he lives, cos the person viewing the footage knows him, then that can be an issue cos he has no reason to be there except visit the girl in an apt. Small towns like Castlebar, Carrick On Shannon, Longford,Mullingar, Athlone. Not an issue for big cities.
