Had a client long long time ago in London, his carer contacted me and she brought him to me and left him for an hr then come back after one hr and pick him up. He was in a wheelchair. Actually, he wanted 2 girls and asked for a lapdance. My younger friend and escort did a nice lapdance to him, and all the session was full of laugh and fun. He left very happy.![]()

That decision in the UK has been reversed and care workers face prosecution if they help disabled people visit sex workers: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ex-worker.html
That's mad, I don't think it's right to bring special needs patients to see escorts at all.
So people with certain special needs don't think about sex? Don't crave sex? Don't deserve to experience sex at least once in their lives like those of us who don't have said needs? What is wrong with it exactly? This line of thinking coming from someone who thinks sex work shouldn't be legalised I might add.

I agree completely. If all parties are consenting I don't see an issue
