Can' say there is anything I miss, as there was nothing here that I am aware of that is no longer here, but it would be a lot nicer and more informative if there were more escorts posting, and if clients who post insults etc, aimed at escorts were barred automatically.
There is no incentive to escorts to communicate IMO, unless they see an increase in their business, which I have no idea if it would or not.
Maybe EI could run regular random competitions were escorts could win vouchers off their advertising? Not sure even it that would make it attractive for them to participate more.

I think the two biggest problems are the sledge hammer approach to moderation of the forum and the same sledge hammer approach to the slightest negativity in a review.
Unless the review is 5 stars it disappears and most have given up on the system by now.
As to the forum, it resembles a kindergarden more than an adult forum. Adults should be able and should be allowed to disagree and debate without threads and posts wholesale being removed when they do. The only threads that now survive are, the new pics, look who's back, what's your favorite, if you were a dog what dog would you be... type of threads.
I think the most engaging posters have given up by now, and I'm not blaming you personally, it's been a long slow decline. I don't think bingo will bring them back though
