Favourite Concerts

Good morning one and all,
Just for the craic, what was the last concert you were at, or have you any favourites that stick out

My last was RUSH in Dublin a few years ago in the O2/3 arena I still call it the Point
Seen Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers in the same venue the full moon fever tour

But for me my favourite was Elvis the experience again same venue it was around 2000/2001 His TCB Band playing live
The Orchestra his backing singers the works
And Elvis on a Big screen doing his thing it really was an experience

Any of you at that gig

Seen Metallica at Odyssey when they came over and never has been topped

Not the last one but definitely the best .... 'Sinatra' .... In a career spanning over 60 years he only played in Ireland twice. 1989 and 1991 ... I was lucky enough to be at both gigs.

Last was Bon Jovi in the RDS.

Also I've seen the killers live too

Best I have ever been too was Oasis in Slane Castle in 2009, turned out to be the 2nd last concert they ever did!

I never miss Springsteen when he's in Dublin, I ended up as a designated driver for my oldest and his mates at the last electric picnic, a lot of it wasn't my scene but it was still a good day out

Id say they were both great gigs, when I seen it first I thought it said Santana, I was looking forward to seeing them last September until they cancelled
