Default 3 people abscond from mandatory quarantine

Although not born in Ireland I love this country its like living in a 1970’s sitcom, everyday things happen that you just can’t make up.
I was watching the news showing the Army escorting people into quarantine now three of them are on the run.
Hilarious carry on , I wonder where they are , is there an underground resistance helping them ? Will the keystone Kops find them? Is Ben Elton writing the script, tune in for the next episode.

It is mad ok, hard to imagine how it could be so easy to do, The government having another bad week, especially if they are getting ready to announce more bad news to the general population in relation to continued restrictions from April 5th. I am tempted to say.....only in Ireland could it happen

Im Irish born and bred .. so to bring you up to date, the 'Law' in Ireland is only a guideline, not actually 'The Law' .... applies to everything!! speed limit might be 80k on some roads but sure you're 'grand' at 90 or 95 ... No tax on your car !! sure its only 6 weeks out of date, it's 'grand' !!!! No TV licence !! don't answer the door, and who in Ireland buys a dog licence ....... 700 girls advertising on this site, that is probably 7000 punters per week, and they're all being arrested !!!! (lol) ........... Back to Covid!! the 'private security' I was worried about didn't amount to much, probably waved them goodbye at the door ....... as I said the 'minor laws' in this country are only a guideline ....but I wouldn't live anywhere else ... (ooh, just noticed my NCT expired in December) !!!!!!

I know what you mean like a sitcom but I reckon if anybody was writing a script it would be Graham Linehan and Arthur Mathews

What happens if you break a rule and they need to kick you out for some reason?.

Do they book you in on the next flight home as part of the package deal or force you to pay?.
