Depends on my mental and physical health. Sometimes I'm on a hair trigger and barely need 15 minutes, sometimes I need a long session and a cuddle afterwards to get my confidence up and feel a bit of a connection, sometimes I'm down to my last few quid and need a quick pick me up so a half hour is just the ticket. 30 minutes is enough for me atm. As I get more into punting and find ladies I really like maybe I'll up it to an hour.

I once lasted 5 minutes. In my defence I was getting owo and had been on nofap for almost 3 weeks...
