Spit or swallow?
“One mans meat is another mans poison.” Or so the saying goes.
Now this isn’t what you dirty feckers though this would be about.
I thought with the diverse selection of people on here we could post up a traditional dish (food) from your fondly or not so fondly remembered traditional family food.
Preferably with a pic, and the next poster will say if they would spit or swallow.
For me this would definitely be a spit.

Parsnips and carrots mashed! Eat a pot full I would, and olives, and cabbage fried with bacon, and mushy peas all delicious. Trifle barf, along with liver, cream, goats cheese, feta, all dreadful.
Love blue cheese and brie and peanut butter on toast with banana.
Trifle I could swallow all day long

Hummus,warm peanut butter,mackerel on chips with spiced rhubarb and semolina to follow, swallow...Tofu,spit....Dates are yummy,that fermented fish in a tin that i tried in Finland was an automatic spit followed by a few more spits.
