Been to Kraków a few times, goin in Sept. Try "odloty" and "roksa" for independent escorts. Does the job for me everytime i go to poland.
Roksa has suspended its activities for over a year now, escort.pl is another great site, allows reviews as well though they don't appear that often on profiles. Also in English too.
