Review system a shambles since floki left

It is mistake after mistake with reviews, floki was excellent and gone downhill since, I left a review today and stated I exited the place but review was deleted because I stayed and had service knowIng it was not girl in the pictures, lol, not true, do they no know what the word exited means, i left as fast as I could and said this in the review,,,,,also why are pictures being verified still by EI when it's not the girl in the pictures and no action is being taken only against the clients

First of all, we understand that a service has been completed when in "Outcome" you select "Completed".
If at some point you meet an escort and she is not the girl in the pictures but you complete the service, it is up to you, but afterwards, it is unfair for them to complain about something that you have accepted.
On the other hand, we have attended to your report and we are verifying the information.

In my opinion when it comes to verification with photos and mods are being told it's not the girl in the photos, they should do a lot more to make sure it is, otherwise it's just making it easier for girls to be trafficked and they're more at fault than anyone. I've been advertising here for 8+ years and when I changed around photos that have already been in my gallery they wouldn't confirm them without me sending photos of my lingerie sets but yet they always confirm fake photos/profiles

You know what the process is like and as you say, before verifying we make sure it's the girl.
When this kind of situations are reported, as a moderator I notify our Customer Support team, who are already working on it.

Although the review cannot be accepted because of what I have already mentioned, it does not mean that we overlook what is reported in it.
