After all cherrywood is only 10 minutes from sandyford.
But I suppose for those in shankill/Bray area it's a bit closer

The idea here is to be more European, long term tenants who don't need to move every 2 or 3 years. The apartments could be sub let by tenants of course but i think sandyford will remain the capital of south Dublin for flexible apartment renting.

Still surprised that there are no escorts advertising in bray. Get the odd one every now and again. Wonder why is isn't more of a hotspot.
