    6/10 times it is.
Alot of men I think , have internalised the false idea that they should always be up for it, no pun intended. When realistically, just as with women , we need to look at the whole person. But dudes are taught from the get to fuck what they mind say fuck what they body say and just shrugged through... Which often times makes it hard for them to locate a mind body disconnect.
And with the exception of underlying conditions alot of the time that's what ED is.
It's not always that serious, man maybe you tired maybe you dehydrated. Maybe it is a far more serious symptom of psychological distress. And yes, sometimes it truly is a physical malfunction.
All I know is alot of cures out there are bs.
Last thing, please be careful with ginseng if you suffer from migranes or high blood pressure. That's all.

What if "It's Raining Men" and 'Let the bodies hit the floor' are both about the same event but from different perspectives 🤔

Guys, Please bear in mind that if you are having trouble in that department talk to your GP.

Personal experience, I had a bit of difficulty with it in my early 40's and it turned out to be heart disease.
Erectile disfunction can be one of the early signs and talking to your GP might save you a whole lot of of pain.
Ended up having a heart attack at 45.
Early 60's now and doing great, could 'get up' on the crack of a whip.

I am thinking of herbs or other things that might work and are easy to get hold of.
Or have you tips for getting a stronger erection
My strong advice is go for a massage...then if the little man wakens up..then upgrade to a full service..some of the best orgasms I have had are from massages.

This is how to make napalm I think.

As far as erection quality goes, there's a lot to be said for good old fashioned exercise and intense cardio OP. I've never had harder erections than when I was a bit slimmer and playing rugby. I don't mean during the matches but that general period I'd get a billy club when aroused.
