Well it seems pretty clear now, they were up to a lot more than just renting out apartments, they were both up to their necks in it. They should be given lengthy sentences and when served, deported out of the country.

This is correct, more effective law enforcement targeting the money . These two are pimps make lots of cash and laundering it.

The cops can easily get the apartment addresses by making false bookings up to the point where they get the apartment number, then track the owners. Then get the tenant details, pps numbers, bank details, refs, etc.

Then it’s easy to get enough evidence to get convictions.

They are not trying to drag reluctant, scared, non English speaking, girls into court to try to convict these pimps of trafficking. This method is much easier and effective.

Innocent punters and decent independent escorts are not been victimised.

    Even EI hasn’t been targeted.

Well done “new vice unit”. Keep up the good work and admit “Operation Quest” is a failure.
The Nordic Model Law in Ireland has been a failure, never did get going really did it? There has been no enforcement, OQ is just the odd sting to look like the police still have a heartbeat and for statistics, tell me how sex workers sharing keeps them safe ????? it does not.

Police are targeting more brothels now and there are many under investigation at present, this is because they are acting on information from Europe etc that traffickers and pimps are operating here at the premises.
Even landlords are in big trouble for renting these places but so they should, when you are offered 2-3 times the normal rate for renting an apartment it should get the alarm bells ringing but greed of money seems to take over
There are many special investigation squads DPSU set up and are monitoring. There is a lot of pressure to kickstart The Nordic law as trafficking got more serious.
Don't be fooled to think they are going to leave clients alone, as I said before, you are not safe in brothels and if anyone is caught there in a raid then you are in serious trouble, they have done their homework on these premises as months and they will have the warrants, don't get caught, don't be here.
We all need to distance ourselves from this and avoid the brothels, let the police deal with the pimps and traffickers and don't be caught in the middle.
    Stay away and stay safe
