    The reason is the Garda I at the request of dep of Health are about to clampdown on this scene because it is regarded as a super spreader for the virus. And to be honest I can’t blame them. Everyone else is making sacrifices and feeling the pinch and this business for some reason thinks it’s above all that.

    I think the mods should add a sticky post giving "guidance" on what to do when one's questioned by a member of the constabulary. Something on the lines of our right to remain silent, ask for a solicitor if being arrested, a good list of excuses for being there etc.

    Really can’t see that happening. Considering we do this for the companionship and what happens is coincidence.

    59 conicted over 4 years, so you are 10 times more likely to be killed in a RTA. Well 10 times as many deaths in RTA.

    If that is your rationale and justification for being prosecuted for soliciting during a pandemic,i would seek legal representation and plead insanity.
