My recommendation to you would be to ring a few ladies that you like the look of and ask them BUT offer to pay a decent deposit so they know you are genuine and tell them you will forward on a copy of the apartment booked, most apartments are pre pay, so it is more security for them, and then make your choice.

I agree,it's essential that you have a good connection to make it worth having an overnight.
