Landlords charging above the market rate because they know what the tennents do for a living are taking a risk. Charging over €1k a week for an apartment in Santry is easy money and greedy (the prices are off the charts in Sandyford I'm told, around €1,400 to €1,600 a week), let them pay the price if they are caught.

This is part of the business ,if they don’t rent where do I work ?Its not easy to rent in Ireland nowadays ,even if I can rent I found out it wasn’t safe for me to stay longer in the same place because of nosy neighbours .
He is a pimp too but others involved as well.
He would lease properties at the normal going rate and then charge his escort rates so the vulnerable escorts who maybe new to the area and who were in desperate need of a roof over their heads for a week or so so they could make a few pound and he took full advantage of them, a leech.
Tough enough times for escorts without fleecing them, hope he get a term inside and lumpy cold porridge as a fine will serve no purpose at all
