I used to sell them when I was in school for charity.

I sold like a 16 ft tree about 15 years ago for €160. The smaller ones start at about 5ft

well I got some extra decorations and lights today too
I don't mean to be a spoilsport, but trees, candles, fireplaces, wrapping paper, tinsel and fake snow ring alarm bells for me.

Hopefully my post might make someone think safety instead of "that's how we do it every year"
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.

About three years ago the prices had become extortionate, I paid €150 for an 12 footer! They've come donw in prce a bit since then.

I have no decorations up, not doing them this year.
I have in fact, gave all of them to one of my friends who didn't 'have a tree and her child is happy now that they have one.

Remember, if you are thinking of throwing stuff away, ask somebody else first if they would like to take it form your hands.

I got a 12 footer this year and it's been sat naked in the living room for two weeks because I've been to lazy to decorate it, but I'll do it this weekend hopefully!
