ok I'm back! Well that was a frustrating experience! Nothing like a few calls waiting in a queue while listening to some auld lad explain his problems to the beautiful lady on screen to knock the horniness outt ya

Don't get me wrong...I still knocked one out...just not with the encouraagment in my ears I was expecting.

The online option is the way to go BTW. The on-screen TV feed is to laggy to work plus it is mostly a lonely help line.
