    No harm in the year that it is. Normally would say no until at least the 8th when we culchies used to head for Dublin. (Day of school as it is the feast of Our Lady)
    BTW the best Christmas present i ever gave myself was a visit to Rachel a few years ago. Has stayed very long in the memory.

    Sure why not decorate a little early after the year we've had ?
    I actually know of a couple of people who already have their decorations up since Halloween !

    i don't bother with decorations as never there but do have a tree, in fact i never took the tree down from last year as still in the window with all the bells and whistles on it and all i have to do when back is plug it in and Bobs your uncle, Christmas is only for kids not for grown ups
