If she’s on prep and if her hep and HPV vaccines are up to date, she won’t contract HIV, hep a & b, or HPV (and she won't transmit them to you.) If you’re on prep and you have your vaccines Aup to date, you’ll know for yourself.
That leaves syphilis, clap and chlamydia. I don't know the risk value, but these are all relatively easy conditions to treat. How safe do you need it to be?
I know least about herpes since there's not much point worrying about them in this line of work.
