One of my first jobs in Dublin was on production line. Everytime something went wrong they used the phrase "Pearl Harbour"
For the first couple of weeks I struggled to keep up and a few times an hour, an item would get past me without my input.
The guy at the end of the line had to either fix or reject any unfinished items.
Every time he caught an unfinished item he would roar "Pearl Harbour Philip"
Never came across this anywhere else, don't know if it was something in that area of Dublin or just that factory.
To anyone that doesn't like me here.
I hope you need to pee 3 times tonight, but that you only wake up twice.
Keep 'er lit! = Don't stop now ffs!
