Would it be acceptable to give a gift voucher in place of cash to a lady for a booking?? Just wondering as Christmas is around the corner and work does normally give them out as a bonus.

Maybe occasionally could be possible, but that would depend on the girl, if she has savings and doesn't need every cent to be cash, and also other factor is, where can the voucher be used and for what?
For example travel/holiday/restaurant voucher or brown thomas kind of voucher won't suit a girl living month to month who is just covering living expenses, but food store voucher like tesco could be possible.
Or a girl who is well off and spend lots of money on clothes, purse, cosmetics, travel, spas.. etc shopping, she could use a travel/holiday type of voucher. But then again that girl would expect that as a gift not a payment...
So, it depends on the girl and the voucher type.

Last xmas I was given a €500 perfect incentive gift card basically a mastercard.

You don't get the gift voucher in place of cash though. As you said, it's a bonus. It's on top of your salary, not instead of it, so I'd guess most escorts wouldn't accept it instead of cash unless the voucher was worth more than what they usually earn for an hour. Otherwise where do they benefit?
