The video is from breitbart, a far right wing media outlet known for peddling conspiracy theories like pizzagate.

However, Biden has his issues, there were some allegations about misconduct but even the ones that were made anything out were dropped due to credibility issues.

As for the video here with the "sniffing, kissing and touching" here esp with children, honestly, I think it's harmless, and just how he is. We all had grandparents who touched our hair annoyingly. Also there are a lot of these clips that are for photographs, and anyone who's had to pose for photos knows you get moved and prodded and there is a lot of personal space issues.

All that being said, Biden has accepted that these things could be misinterpreted and said he will work on improving his behavior.

In the end, is there anything there? Who honestly knows, but I don't think there are any allegations of child abuse against him, and I tend to look at most of this as innocent, if maybe a bit too familiar, something he has recognised.

Trump, by comparison, said he'd like to date his own daughter...

I don't think she'd want it. And it's likely it was considered and asked... Bernie Sanders might have been their best bet this time around, they would have gotten Ohio and Pennsylvania, and bigger margins in a few other places.
