if thats aimed at me Casey, It's not just how they treat you, but how they treat everybody, it should not matter if you are a copper, or a bar worker, a taxi driver, or a doctor, an elderly woman on the bus or a young parent with their kids in the park, a gentleman will treat all of them with respect, be polite.....weather they are male or female or LGBT, Black or White etc ...... that's my opinion anyway

That's a definition I can accept. I've heard the term applied to so many pompus, stuck up, racist and bigoted bastards that I was getting confused as to the correct meaning of the word.

Some of these are self explanatory but what exactly makes a guy a Gentleman?
And can a guy that pays for sex with multiple women be a gentleman?
Yes . Indeed he can .

A man should be masculine and know his and female nature.

The gentleman is often a simp and easily manipulated by escorts and woman.
