A Man is a Gentleman when a woman in his company is a Lady ............................. likewise a woman is a lady when a man in her company is a gentleman.

So treat all the women as ladies and you will be a gentleman. Simple.

I've always done my best in that department and found that indeed most all of the escorts I met were true ladies.

I'd defend anyone here depending on whether the user clicks on I approve of my post rather than disapprove. Click on disapprove and then I don't care if you're thrown to the wolves

This is a question that always mystified me. At funerals the deceased is often described as a Gentleman, a rogue, a cute hoor or a right bastard, or sometimes even all of the above.
Some of these are self explanatory but what exactly makes a guy a Gentleman?
And can a guy that pays for sex with multiple women be a gentleman?

You can be a gentleman on your own in public, holding the door open for a woman or helping some geezer put the chain back on his bicycle or giving some aul fella your seat on the bus if it's packed.

To me a gentleman is just a man who scores high on the consideration and selflessness scale.
