A good sales man has a margin built in for haggling. And I did say that I don't haggle with trades people. If I can't afford their rate, I don't deal with them.

If the ladies rate is advertised and you don't like it don't ring... Find one suitable to your budget... I never give discount 💋

Yes I would pay what you have advertised. You seem very good so let me know when you are advertising again.

You either did up the spec or you didnt, if you did the price has to go up , not rocket science surely and agree the price before the upgrade

Your fixed price is out the window once you change the specs, few people realise this.

Speaking of windows. It's quite common for a householder to ask for a quote for the highest spec windows, then they come back saying company B is offering to do the job so much cheaper. Company A knows that that price means a lower spec, and says that they can match or beat that price. this process can repeat a few times.
Eventually the windows are fit by company A, but they are not the same windows as on the original quote. The U value is not as good, the glass isn't self cleaning, the argon fill is replaced with dry air and an inferior seal. No match at all to the original written quotation and the paperwork says something like windows supplied to customers specification.
Customer thinks that he has haggled thousands off the price, but he is the one sitting in a freezing house.

Thanks for all the replies to this.

When i cast my eyes over the thread i draw the following opnion.

We all agree in general Negotiating the price is insulting to these ladies on here and should not really be done

    But to protect the punter....

Only when the advertised service matches exactly what service is actually on offer in terms of extras, escort apperance and price.
