There wasn’t many mobiles in the early days, just landlines. “In Dublin” was a Lifesaver.

Yes a magazine from the newsagents, lady would direct you to a nearby phonebox where you make final call...this was in the time before mobile phones became more common

In Dublin was the only way of advertising back then, and the advertising rates were extortionate for the girls. No independent girls really in them days, and £200 an hour in the 80s.

I don't know if anyone ever bought In Dublin for any other reason.

Basement in Mountjoy Sq had a couple of beautiful ladies, and another one on Wexford Street, over a white goods shop.

Good ol days but very very expensive hobby back then.

Certainly don’t remember 200. More like 20 or 25 for half hour.

Jebus. 20 went to the house per half hour, after that you paid the masseuse. I remember forking over 350 pounds for one appointment, early 90's, and thought it money well spent.
Money grew on trees in those days.

My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.

I'm glad I didn't punt" back in the day". It's so much easier now thanks to modern technology, internet , mobile phones etc.

[QUOTE=john40;2307260]Ah yes Willy, the good old days. I first started visiting ladies in 1993. Have great memories of great encounters with some lovely girls. The highlight was Tina a South African born Australian (or the other way around, I can't remember) ah yes the good old days as we used to call them
