She looks nice and I have viewed her profile before. I have not seen! but she has an impressive set of favorites, that is if she delivers them.
As you say, she has opted out of reviews and there must be a reason for this!!
If you like what you see, give her a call, have a chat and if you like what you hear, gos meet her, you can always walk if first impressions are not as expected.
The drawback here is, in my opinion and experience - nearly all of the girls who opt out of reviews just dont care, they have a good act before the money changes hands and once you pay, it all goes sour as you cant leave a review.
I always stick with most punters golden rule - No reviews no meet!!!!! Sometimes I get curious and the profile looks impressive and the initial call is good but once you meet, it all goes pear-shaped, first impressions are not good so I walk. I have never stayed with a girl who opts out of reviews.

This subject has come up before. I have not met her so I can't comment from experience.
But I do recall the comments that was made on the other threads about her. She did once allow reviews but she received a few less than favourable reviews, perhaps unkindly.
General opinion was that she was a good enough escort, if not outstanding, and a bit older than stated on her profile.

Like yourself Steve I haven't met Charlotte before but I do remember her allowing reviews and the vast majority were very positive.
Escorts can have many reasons for not allowing reviews, some do deserve the benefit of the doubt.
