By a large finish, I presume you mean a large load.
However a large load is no guarantee of a fully satisfactory experience. Although orgasm and ejaculation usually happen at the same time, it is possible to ejaculate without orgasm which is a very unsatisfactory experience. The opposite is also possible, orgasm without ejaculation. Now that does have benefits as it can lead to multiple orgasms.

I don't actually believe in fetishes. I've gone through several phases and fantasies in my life and more to come. But once I've scratched an itch a few times, I tend to lose interest.
