That's confusing fantasy with fetish. I'm running out of fantasies but I still have not had a gloryhole experience.

I develop a fantasy in my mind and when I've explored and satisfied that fantasy a few times I lose interest. My understanding of a fetish is that it is something that you don't tire of, but not quite an obsession. I don't tire of boobies but I don't see it as a fetish, just a healty obsession.

By a large finish, I presume you mean a large load.
However a large load is no guarantee of a fully satisfactory experience. Although orgasm and ejaculation usually happen at the same time, it is possible to ejaculate without orgasm which is a very unsatisfactory experience.
