Hi I'm new here any advice ,,,what's the story with 10 posts on a forum before you can msg anyone?

I think it's a safeguard against dickheads coming on the forum and harassing people, there are a lot of banned users that return under other profiles. I actually think it should be quality posts as opposed to posts that consist of a few words just to get the post count up.

Just out of interest, what advertising area are you looking at?
