Punters arrests and convictions

Hi there,

Since it has been basically outlawed to see an escort in Ireland, is there any advice one could give to stay safe?

Heard that escort who work alone (independently) are not in the main focus of the police - and so aren´t their clients...

Not worth the risk youll be put on sex offenders register and name in the paper maybe on Rte news etc

Risk is good too Jo, I remember Police outside the entrance and I looked out the bedroom window and said I would jump and escort kept saying no no you wont survive the drop but I could see the risk i was taking was turning her on and was going to do it, She was great and I got a Freebie next time for bravery

The sex offender's list is the worst punishment and the most unfair ... maybe even unconstitutional .... If I joined Irish Josephine for an afternoon of tea & crackers only a mentally deranged judge who never had the pleasure of meeting Josephine could possibly put me on the sex offenders list. Someone or some group should mount a legal challenge to this aspect of the crazy law

Since when are convicted punters put on the sex offenders list, I haven't heard of that aspect of the law before.
Can somebody with knowledge of the law confirm this is the case/ a possibility, it sounds insane beyond belief!
