I was refused an appointment by an escort a few years back so I know how it can sting a little, probably more so for you if you're aware the refusal was based on your ethnicity.
I'm in the opinion camp of MidLifeCrisis here, in that I'm generally against discrimination of any sort but concede that there must be exceptions in the case of the escorts and their sense of safety, free choice, and autonomy.

And no, I wouldn't leave a review criticizing the escort for this. In essence you'd be reviewing a phone call. That's a shitty precendence to be setting.
