    Default Premier League: 2020/21

The Premier League fixture announcement have been released and these are the first games to start off the season.
The champions will host new comers Leeds United while 2 games have currently got no dates.

    Saturday:
Crystal Palace v Southampton (12 Sep)
    Fulham v Arsenal (12 Sep)
Liverpool v Leeds United (12 Sep)
Tottenham Hotspur v Everton (12 Sep)
West Bromwich Albion v Leicester City (12 Sep)
West Ham United v Newcastle United (12 Sep)

    Monday:
    Brighton v Chelsea (14 Sep)
Sheffield United v Wolves (14 Sep)

Date unknown - Possible 15 Sep:
Burnley v Manchester United (later date)
Manchester City v Aston Villa (later date)

However, Manchester City v Aston Villa and Burnley v Manchester United will be rearranged.
Those two games will not be played on the opening weekend to give City and United 30 days since their defeats in the quarter-finals of the Champions League and the semi-finals of the Europa League respectively.

Who will take the title? Can Liverpool pull it off and claim the trophy again?
Just hope that there is not upsets this season with the virus and that they finally work out how to use the VAR properly.

Would have been better to have had an easier first 5 or 6 games , I was always of the opinion you had to play Everybody twice,So it didn’t matter what order they came in , but I feel now that it’s critical to win the first couple of games

Toughest starting game for any club is Man Utd.
Can the underdogs pick up any points, or will Burnley take all 3

They are going to struggle against the all MIGHTY CLARETS!!!

They are also expected to sign Havertz ,for around 90M , Pressure will be on Lampard if signings don’t work out , but they are all top quality players and will do well

The Community Shield takes place today between Premier League Champions Liverpool and FA cup winners Arsenal
I’m disappointed with Liverpool’s transfer activity in close season, standing still is going backwards, maybe the young players can step up , Time will tell
Liverpool’s track record at Wembley in community shield not good,
I would like Klopp to take today’s game very seriously, and I think Liverpool will win 3-1

It appears that Doherty transfer , will now be a single transaction , and Bohemians will pocket approximately 1.5 M , it had seemed earlier in week that there may be a straight swap , which would have left Bohemians getting practically nothing
I think it’s nice when a young player leaves a small club, that they receive some financial payback for their role in his development
I’m not sure if it is that big a move forward for Doherty

Must be difficult playing at an empty Wembley, I think Liverpool will win maybe 2-0, they need to keep Aubamyang quiet

Yes this is the traditional curtain raiser to the new season even though after today there will be a 2 week break from club action due to the upcoming international matches. Anyway Liverpool lost in this competition on penalties to Man City last year and have yet to win it under Klopp. The Gunners return to Wembley less than a month after their FA Cup victory there. If Liverpool do take the match anyway seriously then I will go for them to win maybe 2-1.
    The Truth is out there.
