Full Time 1-1 Aubamyang and Minamino
Straight to penalties, maybe Liverpool are favorites with Allison in goals, hopefully Liverpool win after disappointment of community shield last season

The match finishes at 1-1. With no extra time being played it goes straight to penalties. Who will come out on top in the shootout?

Arsenal win the shootout 5-4 and for the 2nd year in a row Liverpool lose the Shield on penalties. Tough on Brewster but hopefully the Reds will win some silverware as the season goes on. 2 trophies for Mikel Arteta and his Gunners team at Wembley in the space of 4 weeks and they will also be hoping to win some more trophies this season.

I will remember, but will try to not let it get me down, if the rest of the season pans out the same as last ( results wise) I would be happy

Almost a repeat of last seasons community shield, so its not an indicator, of what's to come, Liverpool played OK, it will be a confidence boost for Minamino to score
Henderson and TAA to come back, I do believe that Liverpool have a marquee signing lined up

Who would that be? Thiago Alcantara has been mentioned several times in the media as being a transfer target but no word as yet that he will be moving to Anfield.
