I would have to agree with Anitafan, I prefer to ask a few questions by PM regarding certain outfits scenarios etc, all which I think is fair and not wasting anyones time.
I think if you ask those kind of questions over the phone it becomes very scripted, and if there is a language or accent barrier, I think this is where some disappointments may come from as on arrival things agreed over the phone aren't available.

To say blame the idiots is a general statement, the same as those punters agreeing a time and not turning up, you wouldn't stop taking appointments on the few.

But if business is booming and you are happy and content with your own set up, then you chose what you do regarding ignoring PMs.
But maybe just maybe if you scanned PMs and replied to the genuine questions, you may just have a long term client?

Have I answered their questions? Yes
Have I ever made appointments via pm? Yes
Do they have reviewed other girls? Yes
