I posted about Perez’s positive test on wrong thread, I feel it was very irresponsible of him to test positive

He went to his home country, Mexico, to visit his Mother who had a serious accident. He says he had travelled by private jet and observed all protocols. He has not had any symptoms but had tested positive in a routine test. Shows how easy it is to catch the infection and also maybe an indication of how many asymptomatic people there are. It has been suggested over half the people who have the virus have no symptoms.

Revised grid for British Grand Prix

    Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes)
    Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes)
    Max Verstappen (Red Bull)
    Charles Leclerc (Ferrari)
    Lando Norris (McLaren)
    Lance Stroll (Racing Point)
    Carlos Sainz (McLaren)
    Daniel Ricciardo (Renault)
    Esteban Ocon (Renault)
    Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari)
    Pierre Gasly (Alpha Tauri)
    Alexander Albon (Red Bull)
    Nico Hulkenberg (Racing Point)
    George Russell (Williams)
    Kevin Magnussen (Haas)
    Antonio Giovinazzi (Alfa Romeo)
    Kimi Raikkonen (Alfa Romeo)
    Romain Grosjean (Haas)
Daniil Kvyat (Alpha Tauri, including five place grid penalty)
    Nicholas Latifi (Williams)

Likely to change again because Charles Leclerc faces a potential penalty for an unsafe pit release, and George Russell could get a three-place penalty if he is found to have not slowed down enough under yellow flag conditions.

It is hard to imagine but Lewis Hamilton is now the second-oldest driver on the grid, next to Kimi Räikkönen.
He plans to go on for another three years at least. Hard to see him not having most of the records by the time he finishes.

True , it probably says more about the virus than Perez’s traveling, it just seems amazing that F1 performed thousands of tests and the only positive was in 1 of 20 drivers, it shows you can be extremely unlucky and basically cannot be careful enough

I don’t see much to prevent him winning next 3 world titles and whatever records come with that,

Charles Lecerc has escaped a penalty for his alleged unsafe pit release. Good, because he put in the best performance in qualifying, considering the performance problems with his car.

Daniil Kvyat, 14th and George Russell 15th, have both been given 5-place penalties.

Nico Hulkenberg's car will not start! Disaster! Will start from pit lane assuming it can be got going. Sounds pretty terminal.
