Lance Stroll is struggling; only matter of time until the power of the Mercedes lets Valtteri Bottas overtake.

Valtteri Bottas is closing on Max Verstappen, for second place. Mercedes power is telling, and it doesn't help that Max Verstappen is on hard slicks, and Valtteri Bottas is on soft slicks.

Valtteri Bottas pits for hard tyres. Clearly didn't think the softs would last. Comes back out, still in third.

Lewis Hamilton complaining about his tyres. He is far enough in front to pit and come out in front on fresh tyres and even get fastest lap but a mistake could see him drop to second or even third.

Sign of the times. Both Ferraris have been lapped by Lewis Hamilton.

Seven laps to go. Valtteri Bottas is closing on Max Verstappen. He had been held up by traffic but has a clear run now. About seven seconds behind.
