Face masks to be mandatory in retail outlets.

About bloody time, and that includes staff.

Now we just need to stop the yanks from coming here on holiday.

For now we should change the greeting in Dublin airport from Ceide mile failte to

Life is a journey, complete it.

Don't see how anyone who is punting can complain about lack of face masks in shops.

I see people posting things on facebook about masks, not being happy with it.
    I really don't understand why.

If the masks are to be worn to help the reduce of a deadly virus, then it would be common scene that you would want to wear one.
People have too much ego and pride, that they hate being told what they need to do.

It has been mandatory to wear masks in all public buildings for well over a month, and in some areas of Spain, and yet have I seen anybody complain.

I don't think it is just ego or pride... It is very difficult to wear a face mask with glasses as they continually steam up so spare a thought for the visually impaired... Its easy to take your vision for granted when you have it 💋

I know the surgical masks can steam up glasses but I wonder do the cloth 1s or a scarf do the same thing ?

My nose gets as itchy as feck wearing a mask and I can't get it off quick enough even after a short time.

I really feel for any workers that have to wear them all day.

Its a sign of respect for your fellow beings showing that you do care about their wellbeing and your own and that by working together we can help save each other.
