If you intend to take it onto public roads you do.
They tag the license on as a bonus with your standard class B though, two for the price of one.
I haven't been behind the wheel of a tractor since I was a sprog on my dad's knee but theoretically I'm now entitled to climb into one of these and blast my Motorhead tapes as I bomb down the M6.
And I fully intend to do that at some stage.
