Unfortunately Obama is ineligible for re-election. Which is a shame. That country could do with a young, dynamic, liberal (by US standards), charismatic, respectful leader. Instead, I would be putting money on Trump being voted in again.
It'll be interesting to see what West's politics are. He certainly has the financial backing to run a campaign.

If West does stand for election, he's more likely to split some of the democratic vote than republican. That makes it all the more likely that Trump will be re-elected

Interesting. Musk is supporting him now. Well to be honest. If Trump was able to get voted. I am afraid West can too. I don’t understand rules to be honest. But there will be chance I guess...

He definitely has a chance. West is a shrewd businessman and I'm sure he's done his research. If indicators are that he has a chance, then he could have a shot. Between his wife and himself, their social media reach is such that they'll be easily able to send their message to their millions upon millions of followers
