    Default Dilemma

    There are two things I crave above all else when visiting a TS/TV; cumming while being fucked and having her cum in my mouth.

    The dilemma is if she cums in my mouth, then she can't fuck me to an orgasm. If I cum while being fucked I immediately lose interest in having my mouth filled with cum. I always have to choose one or the other (unless the girl makes my mind up for me by refusing to cum). I know the solution is a threesome so both can be achieved but how often is that an option? Very rarely. What to do?
