    Default What ya watching??

What are ppl watching these days? I'm sure everyone is exhausting the usual decent TV series. Recently rewatched band of Brothers and enjoyed it as much as the first time. Normal ppl was great. Currently on Gangs of London, so violent though..

I'm half way through the second season of Afterlife on Netflix. It's really good.

If you liked Band of brothers then try the Pacific , v similiar to band of brothers, also Movie Hacksaw Ridge

On somewhat different genre, Altered Carbon , a v complex set of social statements about life death religion love and how society is manipulated via a terrific Si Fi premise , Netflix

On a WTF crazy scale not for the easily offended try Happy also on Netflix , dont even ask about plot lines and dramatic device used to deliver . Lead actor in some ways should get an Oscar but trust me that is NEVER happening

Really enjoyed Afterlife and Series 3 of Ozark. If you're in to sport, the Last Dance is a must, even if you're not gone on Basketball.

I'm running out of things to watch now though, looking for recommendations for a good series. Loved Breaking Bad, Better Caul Saul and Fargo, and Peaky Blinders.

Another war series worth watching is Generation Kill - it's based on a book a journalist with Rolling Stone realised about his time as an embedded reporter with the marines in Iraq.
No sales pitch, no media hype.

Hard initially to get into and then i found the season 2 reset very jarring. Infact i stopped watching and didn't return until a year later. I regret it now because looking back season 2 is probably one of the best seasons.
